too much potassium chan3276 Dietitian comment: The portions are generous. You could make the smaller size and limit to one latke for lower potassium.

While it could use some seasoning, both my husband and I loved it, and he is not a veggie person. He is the cook in the family now, and he said he'd gladly fix it again. It reminded us both of potato latkes. It made a nice dinner with some applesauce.
