I made this recipe with a client and while it tasted good I was disappointed by the very small serving size of each portion. To get 8 servings out of the dish, each portion would only be a few tablespoons which is not very much after you go through the effort of making it. Dietitian comment: Thanks for your feedback Pam. We will re[INVALID]uate the portion for this recipe.
