First attempt went pretty well, even though I burnt the garlic a little. Gave it a little bitter taste. As long as you can saute the garlic properly, this is good and very easy. If you don't like honey, agave nectar also works.

I am not a fan of honey. Is there anything else that could be used with the same result? Dietitian comment: Yes you could use white or brown sugar or a sugar substitute such as stevia or other low calorie sugar substitutes.

all ingredients are good but I am unable to understand how 4 teaspoon honey will not increase sugar limit.? Dietitian comment: The honey contributes less than 3 grams carbohydrate to each portion. Since one serving has only 6 grams carbohydrate it is easy to plan into a carb-controlled meal.

This is a wonderful dish but i only need one serving and didnt want to put 7 servings in the refrigerator, and it is really not good after freezing. I hate having to sit and figure out how much of what to use for just one serving, I wonder can they not change the serving, not everyone needs so much. I wonder if there is a way to make suggestions ? But loved the recipe.

This was a nice change to plain steamed cauliflower. It is quickly becoming one of our favorites.

I think I'd add the honey after cooking, so it's not heated too much. Honey should never be cooked at too high a temp, so it retains its health benefits. Otherwise, nice recipe!
