Red Wine Vinaigrette Asparagus
- CKD non-dialysis
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 garlic clove
- 2 pounds fresh asparagus
- 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Mince garlic; cut asparagus into 2" pieces.
- Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
- Add asparagus pieces; stir to mix.
- Add red wine vinaigrette dressing and pepper.
- Stir and heat an additional minute.
- Remove from heat and serve.
