Vegetable Casserole Delite

Could frozen green beans be used in place of low sodium canned green beans? I buy frozen veggies in order to control sodium levels. Sounds good, really can't rate something that I haven't tried, therefore the 1 star. Dietitian comment: Yes you can definitely use the frozen green beans. The nutrients are about the same.

I Like the recipes. I'm especially interested in ones I can use. I am on a low phosphorus diet as well as diabetic diet. I am borderline diabetic. Have to eat kidney and diabetes friendly foods.
