We tried this as our first recipe from this site, it was easy for me to follow the directions especially since my husband usually does the cooking and he isn't able right now. We did one change, after tasting the finished dish we put a little bit of Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb on top and it was just right.

This is one of my favorite go-to recepies for chicken. It is absolutely delicious! I add fresh-grated ginger to my sauce, which adds another flavor element and freshness! Also, if your diet permits, try adding pineapple tidbits to the last minute of stir frying.

These confuse me. I thought brown rice and meat were all on the off limits list? Moderator response: The brown rice may be acceptable for s person in earlier stages of kicney disease who do not need a strict low phosphorus diet. The meat portion depends on stage of ckd and protein requirements based on the individual.

We had this tonight it was delicious! I found Pictsweet Stir fry seasoned chinese vegetables in my local Krogers and I made brown rice. There is enough for another meal. Tell Christine I really appreciate her contribution.

My husband's dietician at Scott and White give us this recipe. It is a very simple recipe and easy to fix. Taste and texture were great. We used the frozen stir-fry vegetables from the supermarket.
