Jellied Cranberry Sauce
Stanwat says:

Try this cranberry sauce. Take 1 package of cranberries. To it add 1/2 cup water, Splenda to taste. Dice 1 Granny Smith apple and add to cranberries. Bring to a soft boil until cranberries pop. Cook to desired thickness, about 5 min. I make it all the time and use with turkey, chicken and pork. You substitute 1 cup of fresh or frozen raspberries for the apple. The flavor will wow you.

Jellied Cranberry Sauce

I want a really recipe for cranberry sauce. Opening a can is not a recipe make. Moderator comment: I agree this is not a recipe, but it appears here to link to a holiday feature that includes canned cranberry sauce in the menu. I will ask DaVita dietitians to provide a homemade cranberry sauce recipe.

Can someone at stage 4 have homemade cranberry sauce? Moderator: You can make homemade cranberry sauce from fresh cranberries and it will be similar in potassium content compared to canned cranberry sauce.
