why is white onion 'specified'? with a fixed income all pennies are valuable. Dietitian comment: yellow and red onions are similar in nutrient content so use the onions you have available and enjoy.

While camping in an rv temporarily, I didn't have all the ingredients, so I improvised with whiting fish and used basil instead of thyme. I also mixed all of it in a large frying pan with smart choice butter and simmered it slow, with the lid on, draining the juice once. I poured it over a white jasmine rice which was mixed with 1 tsp. sesame seed oil and added a salad on the side. Good meal!

I have made this a few times and I love it. What I don't understand is how the potassium gets that high..what's in it to make it that high?

We did not have Thyme, so we substituted Taragon and Rosemary. Served over steamed rice and it was excellent. My wife enjoyed it so much she asked me to share the recipe with her teacher friends.

My husband liked this one quite a lot. I combined it with the rice pilaf recipe and it complimented the fish perfectly. Happy cooking!
