Honey Mint Fruit Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 medium peach
  • 1 medium apple
  • 12 medium strawberries
  • 2 cups red or green grapes
  • 1 cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon fresh mint

Preparation

  1. Wash and dry fresh fruit. Peel the peach and core the unpeeled apple and dice into bite-size pieces. Slice the strawberries. Chop the mint.
  2. In a large bowl combine the fruit.
  3. Drizzle honey over fruit and add the mint. Stir to combine.
  4. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Helpful hints

  • If fresh peach and blueberries are not in season use frozen. Thaw before making fruit salad.
  • This salad keeps for up to 1 week in the refrigerator.
