Chocolate Smoothie
Cathy7500 says:

I don't understand, I was told no cocoa or chocolate Moderator comment: You can still stay within your targets for potassium and phosphorus and include small amounts of chocolate. In this recipe the 1 tablespoon of chocolate contributes 81 mg potassium and 39 mg phosphorus to the total recipe. Most of the potassium and sodium is from the pasteurized egg whites.
