Red Wine Vinaigrette Asparagus

Serving size: 1/2 cup


  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove
  • 2 pounds fresh asparagus
  • 1/4 cup red wine vinaigrette dressing
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper


  1. Mince garlic; cut asparagus into 2-inch pieces.
  2. Heat oil in a skillet, add garlic and sauté 1 minute.
  3. Add asparagus pieces; stir to mix.
  4. Add red wine vinaigrette dressing and pepper.
  5. Stir and heat an additional minute.
  6. Remove from heat and serve.
