Popcorn Balls

This sounds great but what about the oil to pop the corn, every body may not have air popper's so i was a little concerned about that...But it sure does sound good. Dietitian comment: The oil adds to fat and calorie content but does not change other nutrients. I recommend using a healthy fat like canola oil.

I made this for my shift and they are still talking about how great it was. I had trouble making it into balls also,so I just spread it out onto wax paper to dry. Fantastic snack for us plus very easy to make!

One of our PCT's tried to make this for a patient tasting day, and could not get the popcorn balls to stick together.
