Chicken Salad

Serving size: 1 cup
Ingredients
- 1-1/2 cups cooked chicken, cubed
- 1/2 cup celery, diced
- 2 cups apples, diced
- 3/4 cup seedless grapes, cut in half
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
Preparation
- In a large bowl, combine chicken, celery, apples and grape halves.
- Add mayonnaise, cinnamon and lemon juice. Stir to coat ingredients.
- Chill at least 30 minutes before serving.
