Helpful Hints
- Adjust portion if you are on a lower protein diet. Ask your dietitian to recommend the correct portion for your individual needs.
- Chill before serving if desired.
- The juices from the fruit and vegetables will maintain moisture in the tuna salad.
- If you’d like to munch something crunchy, try Matilde’s Tuna Salad with celery sticks or lightly steamed green beans.

1 reviews | Avg. User Rating:I like this, I do change mine around. No salt, salt-free in water tuna. I add salt-free stone ground mustard from the health food store [2 tablespoons]. Sometimes I add Vlastic dill relish and always use Kraft real mayo. ENJOY!
