Ingredients
- 2 tablespoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon fresh ginger root, grated
- 2-1/2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 tablespoon reduced-sodium soy sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon dark sesame oil
Preparation
- Chop chives and grate ginger root.
- In a small bowl whisk all ingredients together.
- Serve dressing over salad greens or arugula.
Helpful hints
- Look for soy sauce brand with the lowest sodium content.
- Add an Asian flair to your entrée --drizzled Honey Chive Dressing over broiled or baked white fish such as flounder or tilapia.
