Can I used fresh egg whites instead? If so how many medium egg whites equal to 8 ounces? Thank you Dietitian comment: One large egg white is about 1/4 cup so 4 large egg whites is about 8 ounces.

I MAKE SCRAMBLED EGGS THAT YOU WOULD SWEAR ARE MADE WITH WHOLE EGGS, BUT THERE ARE NO YOLKS IN THEM. IF YOU'LL PUT ONE DROP OF YELLOW FOOD COLORING PER EGG(EXAMPLE: 2 WHITES, 2 DROPS, PLUS 1).EVEN HE ISN'T SURE AT TIMES. LOL, I LOVE IT.
