Add dill to the crab cakes mixture or make a sauce of mayo,dill,lemon juice, lemon pepper or ground pepper and paprika. Adjust seasonings according to taste and measure. You can also add a hot sauce in the sauce or in the crab cake mixture for a little bite to it. I also made sandwiches out these crab cakes with a sub roll and added to the sandwich lettuce and one slice of diced tomatoes. They are so good!!
